In Ukraine, delivery is carried out only through Novaya Pochta. There are 2 options for delivering goods: to the department or by courier to your home (targeted delivery).

The Nova Poshta service delivers orders only to cities and towns where its branches are located. You can see the addresses and working hours of the branches on the Nova Poshta website.

Delivery cost: from 30 UAH

Delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Your order is sent by a cash on delivery package, which includes: the cost of the goods you ordered (the prices for goods listed on the site already include VAT) and shipping. We carry out the packaging of the goods at our own expense. Payment for the order is made at the time of receipt of the parcel at the department. In most cities of Ukraine, the parcel will be delivered to the "Nova Poshta" office within 1-2 days from the date of shipment of your order from the warehouse. In settlements remote from the regional centers, the parcel will be delivered within 3-5 days.


Courier, address delivery

Courier delivery of goods is carried out throughout Ukraine (only cash on delivery).

Within 1-3 business days from the moment of placing the order, the courier will contact you to clarify the place and time of receipt of your parcel

Delivery is made on weekdays and weekends, except for public holidays. Orders received on weekends are processed on Monday.

Depending on your locality, delivery is carried out in the following terms:

  • for the regional center - 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order;
  • for the regional center - 5 working days from the date of receipt of the order;
  • for small settlements - 6 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • The courier must deliver the order to you directly. Payment for the order is made only at the time you receive the order and includes: the cost of the goods ordered by you (the prices for the goods indicated on the website already include VAT) and delivery. The cost of courier delivery does not depend on the number of goods in the order and is from 35 UAH.
  • If the courier was unable to contact you after 2 attempts, your parcel will be stored in the courier's warehouse for 7 days free of charge (you will need to pick up the parcel at the storage address yourself). For the next 7 days, the parcel is stored in the warehouse of the courier service for a fee (according to the tariffs of the new mail).
  • In case of refusal to receive the parcel, the client indicates in writing with his signature the fact of refusal in the corresponding column of the address label, then the parcel with this label must be returned.
  • In the absence of the client at the delivery address, the courier leaves a corresponding message at the door of the premises or in the client's mailbox, with a request to contact the courier service or pick up the parcel at the department.
  • In case of erroneous packaging or receipt of defective goods, an act of damage to packaging or goods will be drawn up.

Attention!

Upon receipt of the order, carefully check it for mechanical damage, so that may have occurred during transportation. Upon timely detection of defects, liability assigned to the courier service.

Delivery place

Delivery is carried out to the address indicated when placing the order. If you need to deliver the goods to a different address, you must inform the manager of the Delivery Service, who will contact you directly after placing an order on the website.
